Very very disappointed.i live in london so had to travel quite far to the restaurant. The waiter,Anjali,didn't seem to know he's job .i decided to have the roast(well it was Sunday).on the web-site it says for a Sunday roast there are 3 meats,beef,turkey,gammon.was told no turkey,no explanation.was asked which meat i wanted,i said both,oh no he replied,you are only allowed 1 meat.so i explained to him it says on the web-site for an extra 99p you can have an extra meat.he also forgot to explain i could ask for extra potatoes,yorkshire and gravy if i wanted. On the wall there was a big notice,photo attached,so i asked the waiter would this include any of the desserts off the menu.no he said,that notice should not be there,i would have to paint the wall to remove it.so it couldn't be covered up for the time being !!! Like i said,very disappointed.

Endangered Dangerous

The breakfast, we only had once. Dry, no taste still trying to figure what meat was in the sausage. Black pudding was hot as hell and the rest was cold. I understand they are under stress with the new rules on the flu thing. But the lack of staff (2) serving were seriously stretched. Its a nice setting inside, cozy. The sooner we all realise this pandemic is a lie the sooner we can all get on again.

I go there often, usually after my training. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff that really make it worthwhile. James is amazing (sorry I do not remember others), with the food quality being very nice. Even though we arrive a little before the kitchen's closing time, they still offer very very tasty food. I have tasted all their burgers (except vegan) and I liked them all. I have also tried most of the main dishes which are also of very good quality. The platter is also a good choice but even though this is advertised for more than 2, this is just enough for me (and I am an average to small sized person). The platter needs to be doubled. The option of collecting points also is nice, as it gives opportunity to free meals.
