There was an air of calm. No stress as the Covid 19 rules were being followed. Ordered two new pairs of glasses (buy 1 get 1 free offer) so great value. Great staff too.

I have been going here for years now. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff who are polite and friendly. I was not rushed, staff took their time and I took a little walk down the harbour on a sunny November day, bonus!

I called for an appointment before the first lock down, the nice man who tested my eyes thought I had glucoma he referred me to the hospital but then we had lock down. I have just got to the hospital last month, I have now got advanced glucoma. Just after my last eye test 2 and a half yes ago, I brought some mascara which burnt my eyes so bad I could not go out in the sun for 3wks. I will always think this set it off but will never be sure. What I wanted to say was he was so lovely and so were all the other staff. He stressed to me keep the appointment with the hospital but because hospitals shut down took longer. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at ramsgate I am now waiting for urgent operation on both eyes.
