The Tui Holiday Store in Ramsgate is so good and the staff are so good and knowledgeable in helping you to book your holiday, I hope that this shop is recognised by TUI for how great a service they provide and by far the best TUI shop in the whole area. The knowledge they have is invaluable and if this shop was to ever close and then I will have to unfortunately take my custom elsewhere and it will be another Travel Agent, how could you close the shop and lose such valuable staff.

I used this store to exchange my Euro’s to GBP but I was asked to provide my name and address, I had my passport on me which I provided but the lady behind the counter insisted on having my address. It is obvious that this information is used to be sold to other companies without my say so. I took my Euro’s and left the store the lady behind the counter remained courteous explaining that it is the same process at every currency exchange outlet. I went straight to my local sainsbury where I was given a much better rate and I was given no Kafkaesque questionnaires. Please review your processes... thank you
