What they promised doesn't fullfill, during the pickup they said they will repack the shipment before delivery further and all those money fake promise are for getting money. Theu have damaged my shipment and they are not ready to pay the insurance amount even even i have the insurance and in addition getting rude and unprofessional while asking for reasons. I would not suggest to opt this courier service as they don't have their own delivery service, rather they pass the shipment to DTDC for delivery . Pathic service, its cost me huge loss which is more than 6K for my washing machine service. Better to chose a reputed courier service.
