I had the honor of being Sara's intern for 5 months and it was hands down the most life changing experience I have ever had. Using the word intern even feels strange because I feel like Sara is family and expect her to always be in my life. Sara is beyond what you expect from a healer and facilitator, her passion and lifestyle in itself is inspiring. While interning, I did some constellation therapy with Sara that had profound repercussions in my personal life. I felt so secure there that I was able to go off psychiatric meds and find a sense of peace and independence that will now be with me always. I referred friends and family who also worked with Sara and the herd. I met the most incredible women and was introduced to a lovely community of healers and artists. If I hadn't moved to Australia, I would have stayed as long as possible because I was so at peace living there. Having the rare opportunity to become synchronized with nature and the horses is a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone. Even in a weekend with Sara, you can dive deep and experience major internal revelations. She just has that ability and intuition to get to the core. Memories of exploring the mystical landscape, weaving, dancing, and communing with all the animals are forever with me. I consider the detours of 2020 that led me there to be nothing short of a massive blessing.

Because the nature of my visit was private, I do not want to describe every little detail of the help I was looking for. Suffice it to say the following: I asked a question, during my horse constellation. I was looking for relief and understanding of a personal, family-based issue. Sara and her herd of hoofed healers took me on an amazing journey. The trip was emotional, both gentle and hard - I was participating, the horses were participating, Sara was participating. Nature was all around us - like a quiet tender power. After we finished the work, I felt calm - interested in what I had just experienced, and also not sure what I had just experienced. It was only after returning home, and several days passed that I suddenly felt the most amazing sense of peace. The issue - a relationship - that I had struggled with all my life - had dissipated. An overwhelming sense of forgiveness, and understanding filled the dark hole I had come to the ranch carrying in my heart, and mind. I felt reassured. Relaxed. Open. My constellation was a grace I had never thought possible - and a major healing experience in my life. The feeling continues to this day - several years later. Open up to this experience. It is a blessing.

Every-time I experience a constellation facilitated by Sara, I gain the most profound insights around the nature of family, ancestral wisdom, love, connection, and healing. I have interned with Sara for a year now, and as a young woman who is interested in pursuing a career in the healing arts, Sara's mentorship has been crucial for me. She has shown me the power of connecting to mother nature, our animal kin, our ancestors, our intuition, and one's creative fire, in ways that have truly changed my life. Sara is a phenomenally talented and insightful healer. I've worked with many great healers over the last ten years - both through traditional medicine and holistic approaches - as I've navigated through my journey to recover from a neuro-muscular disorder, a serious car accident, and some complex PTSD responses. Never have I encountered someone who could help me shift so dramatically in such a short session. Sara helped me accomplish more in one session than I'd accomplished over the last few years of physical therapy, mediation, and EMDR therapy combined. My relationships with myself, my daily routines, my family and friends, and my body have improved dramatically in the weeks since my first (in person) constellation session. And my second session a couple weeks later (via phone) was equally powerful. I don't think I'll ever fit back into the limitations and constraints I walked around inside before Sara helped me connect with my ancestral guides and reclaim parts of myself I'd lost along the way. I've had glimpses of my higher self throughout my life, but now it feels like I'm living in that space more freely. I entered into a new reality where I feel safe, empowered, curious, and passionate about what comes next as I further align with myself and my purpose. Thank you, Sara.

Intuition, we all have it, we all could learn from it; few things train us in understanding it and how it relates to our emotions and even our future choices----Sara and the horses at Silver Horse are MASTERS of intuition and emotional training. To be with the horses, you must listen and perceive, something I had lost after a certain age. Even after 5 days there, I returned home feeling a larger connection with animals and babies, and no fear of their range of emotions but a knowing of how to listen, and a practice of how to turn that in on myself, the CHILD in me, the TEEN in me, and my current self--real tools for every day. We also did a celery juice detox, and ate a diet of fresh, organic foods. The clarity that comes with the elimination of toxins was very profound and will affect us all at varying degrees. The next part is the natural environment, that comes with the territory and speaks for itself...you'll just have to go see. \u003c3 Thank you, Sara for being yourself and I will always appreciate the honesty, caring nature, and humor that I see in you.

Sara is an amazing Reiki instructor and healer. I had the absolute honor this month , May of 2020 to become a Reiki master guided by the love and light of this wonderful soul/teacher! I have taken Sara's family constellation therapy numerous times throughout the past 8 years and it made sense to learn Reiki as well from such a compassionate, kind , intuitive , judgement-free, direct, confident, knowledgeable, teacher that uses poise, humor, in depth explorations and helpful examples in each reiki class. Sara has a very soothing and patient way of conveying each lesson and I found every class engaging, informative and easy to comprehend. Her animal healing class, crystal grid and psychic surgery were just phenomenal! Sara is one of a kind healer and teacher and I am forever grateful to have such a dear and beautiful soul as my Reiki teacher!

Sara has hosted me for six weeks during the spring 2019. It was a fantastic time! As an intern and helping hand for her I never felt being treated as only a worker. Instead, Sara took me intoher life like a friend or almost like a family member. And that is the way she treats everyone. Clients just like everyone else are welcome to take part in everything she does and that way one can get to know and learn a lot. I found that whatever Sara takes on, let it be a project or a client, she is extremely focused and always gives 100%. Sara has a lot of knowledge and skills wich she uses together with her ability to grasp the core of a situation and act from that point. She has a lot of feel and a good sense, both when working with animals and with people. That and her honesty and openness stand out and made my stay very nice. Sara is definitely a very special, wonderful person to be around and I very much enjoyed my time with her.

I just completed another training with Sara - Horse (Nature) Constellations. Everything about the Silverhorse Retreat was aligned to awaken in me a deeper part of my nature, from Sara and the teachings, the horses and animals, the food, the nature and the land. Not only did I learn how to integrate the teachings into my practices so I can share them with others, I was also able to reclaim parts of myself, creating more self-confidence and self-love.
