If there is less than a star, I would love to give it to this place. Very long wait times, no sense of urgency at all. This is also a big mess with regard to getting any paperwork, such as vaccination card, Really miserable.

This place is fine. Long wait times for appointment to begin yes! Otherwise the staff has remained polite and helpful. Each time ive brought my son here with a concern DR Hsu or the Nurse Pract. Have been pretty spot on about method of treatment and what to do.

35 minutes past appt time to get my daughter into the room.now an hour past our appt time and still no doctor. Because of this place my kid will be late for school for the first time ever. If your insurance allows it, take your children elsewhere!
