Been calling everyday for 2 weeks to talk to a supervisor or a specialist either get hung up on or sent to a line for hours that nobody answers. I have served my country as a Marine and don't want anything more than a little help and compassion. Edd if you ever read your comments hire people that want to work and have some sort of experience in dealing with people. Not people who don't care and answer the phone with attitude. I haven't had a check in 6 weeks. Everyone I have spoken to at Edd says something different. They system says it has sufficiently ramped up to help those in need, that's a lie. When you have to wait hours to talk to someone who is rude and then tells you to wait the system is trying to catch up, there is a problem waiting to get paid to feed your family and pay you bills no company wants to hear that. I wish the state would jump in and hire more people till this issue is fixed.

Very rude people. They don't even pick up the phone or hangup when they see you calling back. Worst customer service.

I have hope. I have been waiting for payment or something in the mail since April. I have tried calling both EDD 800 and 833 number and they can never take your call try again later and I understand how busy they are. I have no phone no money no nothing. I have hope now a very nice young man said he would give it a try and see if someone can call me back on my boyfriends phone...Thank you nice person that answered the phone.
