We found a wonderful house in Palm Springs that we went into escrow - Jerry did our home inspection he was extremely professional very knowledgeable he was like a computer he didn’t leave anything out. the whole experience was great in addition he didn’t do a two page inspection the report had several pages with great detail. . We used Cal Spec to performed a home inspection on a potential home purchase. We weren’t able to be onsite for the home inspection but Jerry was thorough, detail, and professional.
