I drove a lot further than necessary (there is another location much closer to my home) just to work with Keith and would do it every time I need to add anything.

First impressions are important. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. I tried to get some information on the price of a piece I was truly interested in buying. No one was available to help as they were all chatting in the corner. We were the only customers in the store. The products available are very high quality and the store is clean.
