So I saw a doctor in December 2020 for my knee, got a cortisone injection and all seemed well. It’s now February 2021 and the billing has all processed and there’s a “Facility Fee” charge now due of 158.00. All my years of going to orthopedic specialists at Cedars-Sinai in LA, I never was charged a “facility fee charge” unless it was some outpatient surgery and I was advised of that prior to the surgery. Last week I drive to LA to see my orthopedic specialist for an office visit for my shoulder and I’m confident there won’t be a bogus “Facility Fee”. BEWARE- this is a shady practice to produce more revenue and I’m going to avoid Eisenhower in the future ....I’d rather drive to LA for treatment and spend the 158 on a hotel room at the Ramada WeHo.

I do not know why people leave negative reviews. Perhaps because they are impatient, thinking they are the only people that exist? The staff and doctors are very helpful . I have gone for a torn meniscus and fractures in my L4 &L5. Dr.Moussa spent a lit of time with me. Maybe that means someone else has to wait a little longer but I appreciated it.

I won't go anywhere else for my Orthopedic issues. My partner had both his knees replaced at the same time! Dr DeSantis did an incredible job with them. He's had NO PAIN, and full use of both legs. We hike, bike and enjoy full mobility. Dr O'Connell took care of my trigger finger. It went so well I'm going back for another trigger finger. I LOVE this group! And I live \u003e700 miles away.

Dr Schnaser replaced my knee 1 week ago. I would give him 20 stars if I could. VIRTUALLY ZERO PAIN AFTER. Incredible!!! I am beyond happy. I feared agony. Got a piece of cake. WOW.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cassim and Dr. Fayssoux for ten years. Never in my life have I been treated more professionally or kindly. Both Dr.s spent more than ample time with every visit. Dr. Cassim seemed to \feel my distress\ and tried to help alleviate it. My surgeon, Dr. Fayssoux was superior, effective and professional. He is most caring and human. I DO reccomend DOC to anyone who talks to me about pain.
