They spent the time to resolve the issue and led me through what was still needed. I got a great education about several functions of the car I was unaware of too (Thank you, Casey). I was impressed. Thank you for the incredible customer experience. This was my First purchase from the dealer and they made it so simple. I found the vehicle on line and sent an opening email and was contacted by Jacob Dutton. Jacob took a very friendly approach to the sales process. I asked about all the trim levels, engine differences, and the option packages. Jacob was very attentive and located the exact car that I had asked for. The entire process was seamless. I arrived and was greeted by Jacob who had the vehicle detailed ready to go. I was introduced to Michael the General Manage. Michael thanked me for my purchase and I really felt his sincerity. I then went into the Buisness office and was greeted by Chayse. The paperwork was explained to me and we discussed some other options to enhance my Land Rover vehicle experience which I absolutely took advantage of. The entire process was within a hour and I felt they really valued my time. Jacob did the product presentation and set up my account with Land Rover, my email address, and cell phone. We always take our Range Rovers to this shop for repairs and maintenance, most recently we had some service issues that we informed the shop management. Even though the service was not up to par, we were impressed with the follow up by their management to deal with the issue. I was also impressed that they read the reviews posted on their website and take it seriously and follow up with corrective measures.
