My project: Complete demolition of previous dental space and remodel to showroom/broadcast studio/office space. 3000sqft Randahl Construction is exactly who you want to manage your construction or renovation project. Other bids were cheaper but I needed top notch execution without last minute budget/cost overruns. A short list of how they made my life & job easier: 1) Clear and concise estimates/bidding 2) Professional staff & laborers 3) Expert level project management (I never had to babysit the project to ensure it was moving forward and on plan) 4) High quality workmanship and extreme attention to detail and design 5) Prompt response to post-project touch up requests. I have already given them a second job without even bothering to get a competitive bid. You'll do the same.

Randahl Construction is a very talented group of guys that made our vision come true. They removed a large deck and ALOT of very old concrete. They dug out black dirt, and filled with Class 5 fill so our beautiful new patio and sidewalks won't be going anywhere!!! We are very particular and they rose to the challenge of creating exactly the backyard oasis we planned! Everyone was incredibly friendly, hard-working, and thorough. We are so happy with how the end project turned out!
