Johns professionalism, honesty and commitment to his customers is what separates him from any other sales person we have dealt with. We always have specific criteria on the vehicle we are going to purchase or lease. John has always met or exceeded all of our expectations. Johns son Johnny is a welcome team member who compliments all aspects of his father’s responsibility.. Johnny educated us on all the technology aspect of every vehicle we have purchased. 3/3/21 After a very informative phone call about servicing my car, they were very flexible working around my schedule! Trevor was an amazing serviceman, who worked diligently and efficiently. Not only did he do a great job, he took the time to explained the location of my parts, where screws were located, and how I could better maintain my car in the future. Hats-off to Trevor, hard working and understanding. Any further servicing will for sure be at this location!

12/2020: I can not say enough about my sales man Tony Bryan and the Randy Wise team. I have been blown away at their ability to offer deals that seem to go to be true. I was upside down in a lease of a minivan and frantically looking for options to get out of it while keeping my payments the same with a different vehicle. I looked and spoke with multiple other dealerships and Tony and his team offered us a deal we couldn't resist. My family is now leasing a Ford Explorer and we couldn't be happier. 2/27/2021: Two months later and Tony has sold me another vehicle. He has done a great job staying in contact and following up with me on the status of my families vehicle needs. Tony is a pleasure to be around and joy to do business with. I am convinced that some how Tony and the Randy Wise team have magical powers to produce amazing deals. My wife and I just moved to Ortonville and were happy to see a Ford dealership so close to our new house. We previously went to another Ford dealer and were not happy with the experience and service there. I started by turning in a lease and buying a used car from their used lot. Fast, easy and straight forward process. No complaints and the price was pretty good. We used their service department many times and were blown away by how accommodating they were. They really did bend over backwards for us, so we decided to turn in our other lease and look at getting a F-150. This is where Randy Wise earned my business for as long as I am in this area. I was expecting a far different experience (I hate car leasing/buying), but the Durand (father & son duo) Team really came through. I have never had such an easy experience in my 20 years of buying cars. They really did take care of us and did everything they could to make the deal happen. It feels nice to have a local dealer that does care and tries to help. They also appreciate the business, so please stop by and see what they can do for you. Can't rate this dealership high enough.
