Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. The tech was very rude! Will not be using them again. I did get my vents cleaned and I have the receipt to prove it unprofessional, rude people. Instead of going back and forth with customers being ignorant why don't you correct the unprofessionalism! There are plenty of reviews on your rudeness so fix that first and maybe you'll get better reviews.

Been a loyal customer of Raney’s for over 25 years, but this last encounter with them was a real disappointment. In December serviceman came out and fixed our leaking washing machine. Everything was fine until this week when it began leaking again. Quickly found that the problem was the part which had been replaced recently was defective. My wife was informed that they would cover the price of the defective part (less than 15.00) because it was covered under manufacturer’s warranty, but there would be a “trip” charge plus labor minimum. Unbelievable. Whatever happened to customer appreciation and loyalty to longtime repeat customers? Whatever happened to good old fashioned service and standing behind your workmanship? If I were you and decide to use this service just please BEWARE.
