We called Ranger Air and explained to them we had questions about our unit not heating properly. They were prompt in coming to our home and checking out the unit. A new motor was needed and it was just 2 days getting it replaced. Nick was our tech and he was very polite and professional answering our questions, very thorough. We're definitely fans of Ranger Air & Heat!
