Location, Tranquility , terrain plus infrastructure are the immediate thoughts that come to me – based off Cantonment town and infrastructure in place including access and retaining walls Mr Neeraj the developer has done fantastic job building the project of his dreams in enchanting Ranikhet. Situated in a not so steep terrain ( step farms) The location offers surreal and enchanting views of the Kumaon Himalayas and the cottages are so designed to have this privilege for all residents . Process of buying is very transparent. Mr Neeraj and his staff walked me through the entire process , including education of buying land in UK and government guidelines and regulations. Having lived in the west for more than 2 decades , this part of India seems the only place worth visiting these days .. truly dev bhoomi and !ncredible Uttarakhand

Silver Peaks is an amazingly picturesque location near Ranikhet in the midst of nature and breathtaking view of the snow capped Garwal and Kumaun ranges. Mr Neeraj Ahluwalia and his team is extremely professional and handles the entire process very transparently. It was my lifelong dream to own a house in the lap of the Himalayas and thanks to Silver Peaks my dream is now realized !
