Prices are extremely competitive, similar to prices in Winnipeg, management has a good business sense (interacting with customers, selecting items to stock, store open hours), watch out for food items on-sale for mold/freezer burn.

For the remote North, I was impressed. The prices are twice that of the South, but then you wouldn't dare compare. I liked it. You can get most things you find at a No Frills there.
