I"ll give three star only because the main part of the fort is being closed for visitors. Apart from above point it's worthy to visit here and if you are lucky enough than you might see the tiger en route to fort as the route to fort is from inside the forest. You don't have to pay anything apart from the parking ticket which is Rs20 and if you are opting for the guide, then be sure to negotiate with the because they can ask any random amount.

I usually never review historical sites- but an exception today. Lots is usually said about historical sites and the usual stories around it. But this fort needs some writing about. My role model has been Mycroft Holmes- bro of the great Sherlock. A great fort- retains most of the old character and lack of finances it seems has kept it basic. Most inconvenient to get here and no safety norms in place. Shocking for such a wonderful site. A small entrance charge will at least keep the place clean. An example of a great place that is in danger of falling to wayside. Iconic views, great history and a truly amazing fort. Added some photos- not going to label them as it's just to much to do. Jaipur has preserved the monuments and made them highly accessible. Let's hope this fort does the same. Must visit place with the tiger sanctuary. Truly iconic and a part of history that is a real throw back to a time past.
It i good place to be it. However it is not well maintained. Getting on top is good workout. But once you there its worth it. You will get a very good view of the park, the lake & hill from the top. It is inside the park, but entry is free, however you need to hire a carab or self drive to this location. On your way you can see few animals as well. Not a tiger for sure for which you need to take safari deep inside.
It is a huge fort which needs a 2km Walk. The route is very rocky and has steps to walk for. It is ruins but very beautiful space. Enjoy the beauty from the fort. You need to reach there before 4pm because the last entry is that time It takes 2-2.5 hours to go up explore the fort and finally come down. So keep that in mind. There is no such shops up only monkey's available. Carry a bottle of water if possible. Due to covid the entries are limited so look out for the the correct time
One of the beautiful forts in Rajasthan. Ranthambore Fort is nestled deep inside the Ranthambore National Park. Standing atop a hill of 700 ft, the fort is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site under “Hill Forts of Rajasthan”. There is very famous Trinetra Ganesha temple at the top of this fort which is quite peaceful. The view you get from the top of the fort is mesmerizing. The fort is free for all, and opens from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visitors should try to catch the sunset here.
A great heritage property with very pious Ganesh temple...
Scenic view at some places... the route is full of greenery till fort. Since the fort is situated almost in middle of the jungle, you can drive as well in your vehicle inside the jungle.. worth a visit.
Very ancient history fort. It's situated on height so be prepare for climb too much. In the end you will find 1300 years Lord Ganesha's temple with three eyes. This temple closed between 1pm to 2pm. When you start at fort there is lots of tour guide follows you and charge for Rs 650 but you can bargain and they will ready for Rs 300.
