The trade in and buying experience was way better than expected. Kyle Johnson was a friendly, attentive salesman that fulfilled every request I had. I experienced a minor issue with a window leak in my newly purchased vehicle but the Shield's team is correcting it without hesitation. Great experience.

Haven’t bought a vehicle as yet.....but Kyle was a great young salesmen. Hustled out to bring the truck I was interested in and pulled it up for my viewing. Very knowledgeable and low pressure. They have a power train warranty on some of there used vehicles and a great selection of trucks. Will be keeping a eye on there inventory.OK....went back and worked out a deal for a one owner 2012 Ford F-150 w/39000 miles. Wow! What a honey. Kyle took my offer to the sales manager and everything went smooth. I would highly recommend Kyle and Shields Automotive!
