I would absolutely recommend these guys. They were very careful and efficient, nothing was a bother. They packed our house up by lunchtime and were waiting to move us in to our new house, we were then advised at 5.30pm by solicitors that there had been an unexpected delay and the keys wouldn't be available till the next day. The guys were great, they were completely understanding of the situation and had waited all that time to move us in without complaint. They then offered to store our stuff overnight and came back the next morning to move us in. Despite the inconvenience for them they didn't charge us much extra. Really nice lads as well.
For excellent first class service don't look anywhere else! Very reasonably priced, hugely efficient and did not add any stress when we hit delays. They also stayed late to make sure we were fully moved in. Thank you so much for everything- all the best for the future.
A big thanks to Andrew and Scott for making our move as stress free as they possibly could. We had to change our dates a number of times and Andrew bent over backwards to move us when we finally completed. Fast, on time and very efficient. Also a great price. And advice on furniture placement! Would highly recommend!
Absolutely first class service from Rapid. They packed and moved us over a two day period and we couldn't have asked for better service. Andrew and Scott were not only professional and hard working, they were friendly too and kept us cheerful throughout the move. This made things far less stressful. They took great care of us and our possessions and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Great service from Andrew and Scott today - ours was only a small job but the communication was excellent and very helpful before the removal and relocation of my furniture. The guys were spot on time and were very friendly, professional and respectful of the items being moved and the price was very reasonable. Moved Palmersville to Great Park mid June after lockdown froze our house move from April. The service was first class, lots of useful things that made the process so easy! Wardrobe boxes were great for hanging clothes straight into, clothes out at the other end, and was a great way for our wall canvases and odd items of wall art to be transported safely too. The guys were very efficient packing the lorry for our move, couldn’t believe everything was done in the one day. My upright digital piano was handled like my baby that it is! Thanks again guys, great job!
