I had some curtains dry cleaned by Rapide today, the lady said they would be ready the next day but within an hour and a half I had a call to say they were ready - very quick service and the curtains look brand new again. The price was also really reasonable, I will definitely use them again for any future dry cleaning needs.
What started off as a bad experience ended well in the end. The communication with regard to collecting a repaired item, along with staff attitude, was very bad. The staff then went the extra mile with apologies and efforts to improve the situation. I would highly recommend calling first before collecting.
