One of my favorite places to dine in the \Sierra de Madrid\. From the quality of the locally sourced ingredients to the attention of the staff, it never disappoints. Add to that the beautiful surroundings and decoration, the Caldea is well worth a visit. PS: it's obligatory to try the boletus in season.
