Good food, a bit pricey though. Over the weekends the environment is so loud that you can't even hear the person sitting next to you. You might want to make a reservation in advance to get hold of a table on weekends mainly and be ready to wait an hour for your food to arrive at your table. Their choice of videos playing on the multiple LCD screens is completely pathetic, they are just On and playing for the sake of it. The staff looks exhausted, I hope they are paid good for their hard work. But, then again, the food is good.

Most of our drink order never came (ordered 6 drinks but only 2 came) so we had to ask twice. Food came out staggered (instead of all at once - a little annoying). Ordered the Reef and Beef and was quite disappointed for 49. Veges almost uncooked. Steak was quite thin. Lobster was very dry and tasteless. Not value for money considering it is costly and has a below average level of service and food quality on a busy weeknight.
Very Glad we booked a few days before, very busy with Dine & Discover QR Codes being flashed all round and also add Kids eat Free during the School Holidays... We were seated quickly after our Booking was Confirmed. Food and drinks came out a very timely manner, which was perfectly cooked and portion size was good. Thanks NSW Dine & Discover vouchers and Rashays for a Great Dinner and Desert. YUM
Customer service here is honestly second to none. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Food was decent but steak portion was abit small. Abit pricey for what I reckon it's actually worth. But music and customer service was good.
Rashays is an excellent quality restaurant to enjoy with family and friends. Good quality food. Lots of options to order. There is something for everyone—lots of choices for sweets and drinks. Today we had breakfast after dropping the kid at school. We had some quality time while enjoying breakfast and coffee. We ordered smashed avocado with toast and quick pizza with zatar and cheese. Toast was great but the pizza was lacking freshness. It didn't have the crispiness. Tested kind of reheated pizza. However, everything else was great. I would recommend Rashays for family and friends. I believe they serve Halal food but they serve alcohol on premises as well. Well done-Rashays.
service was quick food was good,only thing that could improve is staff need to smile abit more as i know they can be stressed,it helps with service.
Juliana was the manager in charge and she was absolutely amazing in helping me so close to finish time. I will be forever great full. The Staff and food was amazing and the leadership shown under Juliana by all staff made my experience an absolute delight. I will be coming back for sure. Best Mushroom Sauce EVVEERRRRRRR.
