This is the second time I've had this company come out to my house. Rat Control of Houston gave me an honest assessment of my problem and a fair price. He did not try to over sell me on additional service like another pest control company did. I very much appreciate the job they did and professionalism. Integrity goes a long way!
Quick response, good communication. Invested in helping the community, which is huge these days as so many companies just want to pump money out of you. Nice to have a company that takes time to explain and educate.
The contractor I had to help me get rid of rats was both prompt and professional, giving me a step-by-step rundown as to what needed to be done, what would need replacing or fixing, and even which traps etc., they utilized in case I ever need to grab some for myself in the future. Definitely went above and beyond! Couldn't be happier!
I like to know that the people I am dealing with her honest. Joe gave me a quote of what it would cost to do the job, and even when there were a few complications that he didn't foresee, he didn't go above his estimate. He stayed with what he told me he was in charge me, and that’s the sign of a man of integrity.
