Natalie is a very conscientious professional. She is very easy to speak with and listens to your needs and concerns. I initially reached out to her company approximately 3 months prior to renewal date of auto insurance. She explained that it was a bit too early to get renewal rates but she called me back a few weeks later to inquire if I was still interested in obtaining a quote. I'm happy to say that with her help, I received a quote that was substantially less than my current rate! YAY Natalie!!!

Emily helped me direct through ktx broker. I got a really good deal compared to my current insurance. Instead of my insurance going down, it went up 10, it might not be so bad but if my current insurance is 154 and go up to 164, its crazy. No accidents, i literally drive 7km to work and back. Happy, about the online and telephone service.
