owner is unprofessional, don't know how to talk, tries to make you fool, tries to sell bad quality product to you. Thinks that Ratlam people don't have knowledge of computer so he ca make fool out of you. FYI I m software engineer works in MNC Mumbai.

Very high Price Product in the name of experience and service.....can find good price offer in market and if you need service your computer or laptop you should have warranty otherwise they will charge you very high....

Poor customer services, they really don't have etiquettes to talk with customer specially owner. They tries to blame you for their mistake.

Very bad service. 3rd Class support. Owner of the place doesn't have etiquette to respond to customers query. Acts like he is only one seller in town where you can get products from. He just wants to loot you any possible way. Would have given less than one star if possible.
