I called Nick and Taylor and they were at my house in under 45 minutes. I needed them to go up in my attic to give me an assessment of any damage ( including feces and urine) and to look for baby raccoons. They explained they would be using a special instrument to look for the babies. It would detect any heat an animal would be giving off. They each went up separately into the attic and on my roof and took photos. They took detailed photos of my insulation, duct work and electrical wires. They demonstrated they are good honest men who clearly wanted to help me. I have complete faith in Nick and Taylor of Rats to Bats! The only company I will hire from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone who any pest or wildlife problems. God bless these young honest men.

I was hearing noises in my attic and couldn’t sleep all night. The next morning I called Rats to Bats. Taylor and Nick came out quickly and found that it was a rat! Taylor and Nick came back to seal all entry and exit points to make sure the rats were gone for good and had no way to get back in. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy! Without question, I would recommend them!

Thank you Taylor! Great experience from making my appointment to Taylor coming to my house. Taylor is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. We thought we had a critter issue in the attic. We had a fowl smell in the house and scratching sounds. He went above and beyond! He searched high and low. No critters! He went room to room. He diagnosed the smell and scratching sounds from pipes was a plumbing issue. Who knew that could happen? He was right! We have a local business and I will recommend Taylor’s business to my friends, family, and customers!

4.9 stars avg is too low for these guys. Taylor and Nick are absolutely incredible 10 stars!!!!. They are walking encyclopedias, knowledge abound. I moved down from Pennsylvania a few months ago. I've dealt with terminix up north. I bought a super clean house that ended up having rats and cockroaches. These guys eradicated my problem in quick fashion . Very punctual and effective. Price was half of Terminix! We have quickly become friends . I'm having them put up my storm shutters and house sit when I'm up north. Very professional, fair, and genuinely care about you. Doesn't hurt they are both military vets. Thank you guys for your service here and abroad!!!
