I contacted this organization to find my son a therapist. This organization has dropped the ball over and over again. It's been at least a month and I'm still awaiting someone to contact my son to make a virtual appointment session with a therapist. I've literally called every week and have repeatedly been told that someone will call him back to schedule. Today I've decided to find another organization that is more capable of handling someone's mental health with of more importance. I don't want to leave my son's mental health in the hands of an organization who doesn't even care about keeping their word for something as simple as making an appointment for a virtual visit. This was a complete waste of my precious time! Please do better mental health is literally life or death for some people!

Honestly only putting one star because I’m trying to make my son an appointment for refills on his meds and suddenly every single number is disconnected. How? Like did y’all close down without telling anyone? Have new numbers that aren’t updated anywhere?

Today was my first visit. My doctor next door refered me to them. When I walked in ,the nice lady at the front desk was very nice, very helpful. She gave me my packed and went through every page. Every where else they give me the packed and say fill it out. Not here and I had a very stressful morning. Just walking in y’all office for the first and not the last was great. Thanks and stay blessed.
