This company came to put back radiators they also installed a gas hob. They did not put in two radiators properly causing flooding in two bedrooms. The new floors had to be ripped out and i was lucky my friend found the leak before my furniture and belongings were not completly ruined. The Hob which was installed leaked carbon monoxide causing the fire brigade to be called out twice. Gas shut off. When i asked for a gas installation certificate one was sent with my name and address on and a different hob make and related to mains gas which i do not have. They were subcontracted by westone builders who were hired by morethan home insurance. After contacting more than they left me without cooking facilities for over three months. I employed a proper registered gas installer who followed correct gas safety regulations and rectified this unsafe installation . This could have been life threatening as i had no idea it had been leaking. Very dangerous.
Raw Heat look after all of my properties in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. The business is very reliable and Dan is so easy to deal with - no job too much and always going that extra mile. I trust they always do a great job! Absolutely recommend using these guys!
