Ok so ... the rooms were not in good condition, messed up, smelly and walls paint was old. But on the top the rent was acceptable but the security deposit was same as the rooms rent. Meaning if u're taking 3 seater then the rent was 11000 and the same amount was for security deposit. So in total they asked us to pay 22000. Though the security deposit was refundable but in today's circumstances who can afford huge amount to pay in one go ??? Anyway also wasn't worth for !

Living is good but rate is too high. They get 12000 security and 3000 admission fee in advance which is not affordable for students and working ladies.
