Ordered oxtail rawon and dengkul rawon (beef tendon and meat from leg bone)... Super tender and juicy oxtail, chewy melt in your mouth dengkul with super fragrance black soup... Mix it with baby bean sprout to add a bit of texture and sambal for heat... Don't skip the topping, the black soup work well with deep fried tempeh and perkedel (like croquette but with no filling).
