Soft Sandals

Can only speak as a tenant, but overall not blown away by Ray White Bundoora. Joshua is fairly helpful and prompt in his replies, but Francesca is hopeless. She repeatedly asked for information that we had already sent, and failed to read basic requests that we made. Not sure if it's nepotism or some other bias that's resulted in her working there, but her standards are incredibly low. Possibly even worse than Francesca is one of the receptionists there. She won't greet you when you walk in the door, rolls her eyes at every request and is incredibly snappy with every reply. Basically the worst customer service you can possibly imagine.
