First class from start to finish! If you want to remove any doubts or concerns as to the level of effort and how diligent your real estate agent will be with prospective buyers then Kevin’s your man. A Great relationship was formed over a number of years and the follow up with me remained consistent. This gave me the confidence to know that his follow up with customers would be just as diligent. Selling with Kevon Chokshi of Ray White When the decision was made to sell we contacted Kevin in the first instance. He had performed a market appraisal for us many years before and had maintained the relationship with annual contact to see what plans we had. From the initial meeting we impressed with both his general knowledge and deep insights into the Cheltenham real estate market. We signed up knowing that the plan he put forward should be followed to the letter, which is what we did. Engaging a stylist to present the house, video presentation, brochures and online presence exposed our property to countless more people than we expected. This was reflected in the number of people who came to the home opens. It was a short sharp campaign from a highly experienced team led by Kevin. All interactions and communications were on time and above expectations. Auction day itself was an amazing experience. A huge crowd with seven active bidders which Kevin kept engaged throughout. We picked Kevin to sell our property based on my experience with him as a buyer several years ago. He was and continues to be highly assertive, communicantes well and was the best agent I met while I was trying to find my first home (out of about 30 agents), and has only gone above and beyond our expectations since! Kevin and his team always go over and above, and are always readily available. The communication was constant, with updates and any questions answered promptly. As we all live in regional Victoria we did not have the ability to "shop around" the available Agents in the Cheltenham area. We had been receiving regular market updates from Ray White due to an earlier contact with them; they were the natural "go to first" Real Estate Agency for us. After a week of phone contact with Kevin, negotiation on commision rates and marketing etc, we felt confident in engaging Kevin to sell our property.
