Function hall is good, but washrooms are not proper, uncleanable

No geysers available. Rooms don't have blankets. Never plan for an over night stay for your guests in a winter season. Could've been more professional.

Nice location. At four road junction where Hatipathara road & by-pass road crossing lies. Easy & free communication is availing. Parking somehow good. Peaceful locale.

4 floors. Basement is reserved for cooking ir to a corner you may serve light food. 1st floor has the buffet hall. Easily fits a 100. AC and Fans. 2nd floor has the ceremony hall. AC and fans. 3rd and the top one has rooms, around 16. Attached bathrooms, AC, king size beds, quality mattresses. In 2017 it cost 40,000 INR to reserve the building for a day. Just the building, decorations not included. Individual floors can also be reserved. They will arrange the decorations for you for an additional 60,000. NO Parking facility. Park your vehicles by the road. The owner is a bit miser.
