Fantastic log burner fitted to a great standard. Fitters were really good. Quality of product excellent although expensive. Let down by promises being made that were not kept by sales team, even after chasing.

Always a fantastic breakfast from here with a reasonable price to come with it. Can get very busy on Saturday and Sunday morning so be prepared for a wait if you decided to come then!
Made an appointment with Luke to visit electric fire showroom... waited 15 minutes and he did not show up ! Girls in office aware of me being there but offered no assistance. If the salesman cannot arrive I would have my doubts a about having any work carried out ! I left... waste of my time !
A small company full of liars and keyboard warriors (check their Facebook account). Why take money for an order to be picked up the next day but you didn't actually place the order? Just admit that you were wrong and you lack basic skills in customer service, perhaps some training wouldn't go a miss or some training on how to place order correctly. I'd think twice before placing an order with this irresponsible company, as they are quick enough to take money from you!
Awesome company! We had a multi-fuel burner fitted, which needed the old fireplace opening up, new steel lintel to support, fully rendered inside and plaster finished around it. Guys were super-professional, right the way from Sale (Nick, very helpful and knowledgeable...and patient!) to pre-install survey and QA (Andy: Surveyor and adviser for what will be best for us) to fitting (Paul and Ben, who kept dust to a minimum, worked really hard and gave us a good tutorial on how to use the new toy) Will use again: got our yearly chimney sweep and burner maintenance planned in already, and will be back there to buy some new fireplace tools, logs, kindling. Very happy customer here indeed - definitely recommend.
