Discrimination!!! The Manager was rude and humilliated me in front of another member of management. He commented on my face mask and advised me that I could not wear it in his store. Then walked off laughing with the another manager. When I approached him to question him about his comments (after 15 minutes of waiting in a information desk que) he advised me that it was friendly banter to which he shares with his staff. I was not a member of staff. I was a paying customer at his store nor do I know this manager so I asked him 'Is this the kind of message that you want to be teaching your fellow managers & members of staff'. Me family have lived in Rayleigh for over 30 years & I will never again go into that store nor will my family.

This M & S is open until 9 oclock and has a great selection and really good prices. It surprises me how good M &S is every time I go in. I brought this wind up metal Christmas tree that plays jingle bells for only 5 pounds.
