Great place! Love the "homey" atmosphere & the fact our 3 little doggies can all house together as they do in our home. Debbie is so caring & compassionate with our animals. Love the pictures & updates she sends. She just sent a note about new GPS collars & double locking gate system. Our fur babies are in such good hands with Debbie.

I have booked my big guy Riley for a weeks stay again in October . Debbie is an amazing business owner and her love for animals is beyond mention. My dog has been rescued from a puppy mill and has been abused , I wouldn't leave him anywhere else. He was so happy and content when we were away this summer This boarding facility is amazing and I would recommend to anyone!
If you are looking for a great place to board your pet while you are away this is the place to go! The kennels are top notch and very clean. The owner loves the animals just as her own and takes very good care of them! I would recommend this place to all friends and family!
I have left my 11 year old dog at Cottage kennels in the past and I would not hesitate to leave her there again. Deb's kennels are clean and homey. She sends me updates and videos while Cookie is in her care. I am aware that an elder and deaf dog got out of an open gate with a tragic ending. The same could have happened to my dog, I would hope I would respond with more understanding and compassion. We leave our beloved pets with a caretaker knowing they, as we, are fallible human beings and we too could have that one moment of tragedy with a pet. I imagine that there are MANY instances at kennels where an animal escapes due to human error, in this case a kennel gate adjacent to her beautiful little cottages looking closed when it had not been latched. I'm sure most owners would do the same thing Deb did, immediatly call in a search party and comb the area hoping and praying that the dog would be found. The whole town came together looking for that dog, and I still have chigger bites from searching the fields. We are human, and we err. I know that Deb has taken steps hoping that this never happens again. I have full sympathy for the owners who had their beloved pet escape, I'm sure they lived a nightmare, but even ,I who loves my dog with my whole being, have had my dog escape from me, just not with tragic consequences... we are human after all. There is still no better, cleaner kennel nor a more loving and caring kennel owner.
Love this place!! I have boarded elsewhere and my dog came home depressed. Now that I have 2 dogs alot of places don't have big enough kennels to keep them together because they are big dogs. This place has more than enough room for both to be together. Heck, there's room for a third. I don't have to pay extra for "exercise" time or time just being outside. I even get pictures & video of them enjoying the day. My one dog is an escape artist that likes to run. I have had zero problems. They actually behave better for them then they do for me. I know the owner has even taken on special need animals and kept them in their home to give them the extra care they needed. She has a huge heart that will treat your pet like her own. My dogs are my kids and I kind of go over board when it comes to them, so I'm extremely picky on their care. I never worry about them when they're there because they are in great care. Would never think of taking them elsewhere!
Great place! Spacious kennels. Deb send me picture updates of my dog every day and let me know how my pup was doing. There are many other pets around that my pup got to look at day and night, and if he got bored of that there was TV inside the cabin. Great place to leave the pup for a few nights! Price feels right. Would recommend to friends.
I dropped my dog Tony off on August 20th and picked him up on the 23rd. I recently adopted Tony from a humane society. He has been abused most of his life, so I was a little worried about leaving him for two nights. Debbie was so compassionate and caring towards my pup. I knew right away he was in good hands. While I was out of town, Debbie sent me pictures of Tony exercising, sleeping, and eating. I was so happy to see how well he was being taken care of! Tremendous work Debbie! I will be back.
My heart goes out to the Scott family, this never should have happened and they were obviously not shown the love or compassion or care they deserved or that this owner claims she has for her clients and their pets especially in her advertisements. People, please consider very carefully before entrusting this establishment to care for your pets, she did not step up to the plate or own up to her mistake! This family , and Rusty deserved that and much more.....
