I just recently bought a used Honda 2012 Civic from Ganley on Brookpark Rd in Parma Ohio. They told me that the 2nd key would be available on Monday the next day when the last owner dropped it off. Two weeks I waited with no call, so I called got no information and then finally a call saying that there is no 2nd key and that the used car mgmt said I get none when it is a used car if it doesn't get one from past owner. I need a second key and would appreciate you working something out with that dealer what if I lost the one I have ? I then would have to pay which is not right
