Worst experience I’ve ever had. I sat at the window waiting for service for around 10 minutes before the teller came to help me, all I needed to do is sign my check but she took less than 10 seconds she then at that point started helping another customer and it took her 15 minutes until she got back to me and told me she had other people she had to help I’m in let me sit in the line when I came on my lunch break send I’m not even being able to deposit my check. My issue is that she started helping me and didn’t finish my transaction and never came back to check on me and left me there not being considerate of the time I had taken to get to the bank and how much time will take me to get back to work. The Vicksburg branches are the best.

So far all the services I've gotten at Mutual Credit Union in Raymond MS have been exceptional and the staff there is friendly courtesy and helpful.

The phone service is completely horrible. I have been calling for the last hour (20 times to be exact)trying to speak to a member service representative and I cannot get anyone. They encourage you to leave a voicemail and they never return the call. I no longer live in the area for mutual and telephone is my only option.

Create To Elevate

In person banking is amazing. The staff are super friendly and treat their patrons with respect. My main complaint is with their automated systems and online banking. I live 15 minutes away from the branch, so it's a bit inconvenient for me to drive there when I'm having an issue with contacting them over the phone via their automated system. So far, the online banking is buggy and has not been very reliable. It will work beautifully for a while, and then it just stops working. Needless to say, it has caused me great frustration.

The tellers are all very polite and friendly. They know me and Dad (who also uses this bank) by name and are always very ready and helpful in answering any questions I may have.

My experience with Mutual has been top notch. They are very responsive to my needs, quick and efficient during the loan process and offer excellent rates. If you are eligible for membership, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely ridiculous try calling every day no one aswer ever 3 or 4 days getvan answer or call back bought truck 2.5 months ago STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE TITLE KADY IS STIKL WRKING ON IT DONT USE THEM
