Jackie white, what can I say .. We gave Jackie a 4 bed house in Moy Close to sell about 10 weeks ago.. The house was rented and its not easy showing a very busy house with people and so much stuff all around the house . However Jackie said to me, you sit back and let me handle it all ..don't stress, and in a few weeks it was sold.... amazing.. I'm so happy with the service we have had from Jackie and Co.. My Granson from Australia also bought an investment house to rent from Jackie around the same time .. Buying or selling ... You are in good hands .. Jackie ...she gets the Job Done Happy days .. We spoke with Julia on the phone and then met with Jackie White at our home. Jackie spent a lot of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many properties they rent, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing valuable information to ourselves on renting for the first time. The listing looked great on websites and her team succeeded in renting the property within 2 weeks. We found their team be very knowledgeable and communicative. I would recommend Raymond Auctioneering very highly regarding their team efficiency and professionalism.
As a landlord, for about 4 years now I have been using Raymond White Auctioneering to manage an apartment I am letting in Ballymahon, longford and I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Whether the issue is one of dealing promptly with any queries I may have or taking care of any of the day-to-day problems that can arise for tenants, the staff have been courteous, thorough and extremely helpful. The same goes for the 'small' details (far from small in the real scheme of things !) such as taking care of bank deposits or keeping track of the credit and debit ledger, taking care of any work that needs to be done etc. All in all, I am more than happy to be able to recommend them - and to be able to honestly say that I have had nothing but positive experiences since we began our cooperation together.
