We had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanagan. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Michael, who asked us what we were looking for. At other stores, we were given vague directions for how to find the type of furniture in the store. Michael took the time to show us each piece that fit our needs. He would take us to a couch, have us try it out, and provide specific information about the piece. He also priced out each item as we went along. He paid close attention to our responses as well. Once he had shown us all of the options, he gave us space to discuss alone and go back to each of the items we liked. He was always close enough for us to ask questions. With Michael’s help, we found the perfect couch and dining room table for our new apartment. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more or buy a certain item. We had a great experience with Michael, and we would definitely recommend coming here for any furniture needs! I'm also told the ladies room was spotlessly clean. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10!

Sarah, on the other hand, was someone who genuinely took the the time to to help me make decisions that were in my best interests.

Had the most professional yet welcoming shopping experience with Mindy! We came very early in the day to look around and mentioned that we would be back. We came back at the exact time as she was leaving and she put all her stuff back to continue to help us. We purchased a beautiful bedroom set and the process was smooth and easy. We were in and out very quickly. Can't wait for our new furniture to arrive!
