My experience at R&F was excellent. The sales help was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Phil went through all the furniture choices with me and helped me chose furniture that was suitable for my mom. Barbara in customer service was incredible too! I was extremely satisfied with the shopping experience. Everyone was wearing PPE!

My husband and I came in to the white plains store to look for a new mattress after our \old\ (only 5 months) one started to dip in (bought from another company). We were introduced to Edwin one of the sleep specialists. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We felt at ease with Edwin and did not feel pressured to purchase any specific mattress. We ended up leaving with a new mattress ordered and feeling good about the whole process. We can not wait to get our new mattress in a few days!
