Staff is very knowledgeable and fun. Environment is always pristine. Prices are competitive. Going to be renewing my contract asap and I know that this is the gym that I am going to acquire my first black belt from. Have gained across the board from attending. My fitness level has soared and I've dropped quite a few pounds. Highly recommended.

Hard Work, Goal Setting, Discipline, Respect, & Exercise all while having a total BLAST! By far the best decision we've made for our daughter! It has been amazing to watch her and some of the other students' improvement in self control over the past few months.
My son has been attending classes her for a year and a half, and I can't say enough about them. The staff is wonderful and they have done wonders for my son's self esteem. I liked it so much that I recently started the adult classes. Killer workout! I HIGHLY recommend them
My daughter's been attending since June 2013. At first, I loved the school just because of how noisy it was prior to the class and then the instructor spoke and you could hear a pin drop. Then the kids looked like they were having a blast. As of this writing she's an orange belt on the way to purple and her intensity has not stopped. She's learned to be assertive, respectful, and handle school and life issues more hands on. Who knew that a martial arts school could instruct in so much more than punches and blocks? The most moving thing was attending the belt ceremony (should I say block party?) Especially watching both the newly coined young and adult black belts achieve that goal. The dedication, pride and honor they and their families showed moved me deeply. I guess I really like this school.
Our family joined back in September. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with the way our kids have grown. From more confidence, doing better in school, happier and less stressed. My husband and I are less stressed too. Its a great work out and the instructors are amazing, they are friendly and helpful and seem determined to have everyone do their best and learn the moves correctly. We used to belong to a gym and work out for 2 hours daily, this is by far a better workout and we're learning a skill that will help us. The skills taught and what one learns from ABD could save your life one day. This world is very unpredictable and I'm glad that we, especially my kids, are learning how to protect themselves if they ever found themselves in a bad situation. If I could offer someone advise it would be to have your children or yourself learn some form of martial arts.
abd is one of the best places I have been to! Everyone is so welcoming, the coaches are great, and no one feels left out! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to meet new people, get a great workout, and start off a great year!
My daughter has been in ABD since September of 2013. She has made goals for her future with it! I love the instructors. It's amazing environment!
The adult krav maga classes are a blast.The instructors really know what they're doing and it's fun and challenging.
