I can't say enough about this gym or it's coaches. I look forward to every session. Great class structure and everyone you meet is so nice, welcoming, and helpful. Literally zero judgement and you're never made to feel like you're the ew guy\ or that your skill level isn't sufficient. Everyone is rooting for you. You'll quickly feel like part of the family. - The space is also super clean and organized. I've been going here for 10 years now and will recommend to anyone and everyone looking to train regardless of your skill level. 10/10 all day.

So I been coming here for over a year, now. I can honestly say the atmosphere here is more about team and family, then my previous experiences. Joe and his staff take the time to make sure everyone is getting the technique of the day down. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I started off with kickboxing, then fell in love with Brazilian jiu jitsu. It has surrounded me with gymmates that are motivated to get better also like myself. Joe the owner has made it priority to keep everyone safe while training at his place . There is a temperature check before being allow into class. There are cohorts for people that are ready to train safety. There are social Distancing kickboxing classes if you're not ready for cohorts. The price reflects the quality of training that you get here. You're getting the same training as seasoned fighters. Everyone is treat the same. Highly recommend this gym.
Best gym around! Every instructor is awesome and cares about each individuals success. No egos in the gym. From black belt down to day one everyone’s always helping each other get better. Walk in and feel right at home!
Phenomenal instructors. All around great people to train with. They help you if you are anywhere in your experience level, from absolute beginner to professional. I've highly recommended this gym to all of my friends who are interested, and I will continue to recommend this gym.
Lauzon is an amazing professional MMA school for all ages. My son and I think of Lauzon MMA as our second home. They are the best instructors you can find in this industry. We are lucky they are so close to home.
