Great atmosphere, amazing staff! My son (14) is just starting his martial art journey and these people could not be any more welcoming. They made sure my son felt safe, included and not judged for his lack of stamina. I recommend this place a thousand percent, I wish we started sooner!

Ladies, learning so much at this course. Knowing how to Self-defend is critical! It provides you knowledge while practicing techniques that could most definitely make a difference in a very terrible situation. Highly recommend doing this. You'll be surprised at what you are actually able to do in defending yourself!!!

This is a wonderful place for kids and adults. My 11 year old son and my wife are both working on their black belts. PMA has been a positive experience for both of them. The instructors are great, and it's a positive experience for anyone..
