My experience was very different from the previous posts. I had been to another store years ago, and then I was treated rudely and dismissed. I needed a new phone, but didn't have an appointment. They were able to give me one for shortly after I arrived. I was helped by Matt who was awesome. It took almost 3 hours for him to do everything that was needed to transfer the content of my old phone to the new one. He was very patient and pleasant, answered all my questions, and was just generally very helpful. I would definitely return to this location in the future if the need arose.

We recently bought new phones that were very different then what we were use to. The person that helped was Nicole H. She was Fantastic!!! She took the time to explain all the new features on the new phones and made sure she answered all our questions. T Mobile is lucky to have such a devoted employee working for them.

Terrible customer service. T-mobile offers great rates and great cell service but this location suffers from terrible customer service. It took 3 visits and HOURS to add a line and get a new phone. Very disappointing.

Extremely rude. Walked in neither employees looked up to ask what we needed help with. Then proceeded to stare at the computer saying they couldn’t help. Went outside to confirm I WAS an authorized user. Continued to stare at the computer while also answered texts on his Apple Watch! Then needed “step out to his car” for a minute. Told me I needed to get my screen fixed for one scuff that was it we ended up leaving and going to a different T-Mobile. Was able to trade in my device without fixing the “scuff”. Terrible place. Employees were beyond rude wish 0 stars was an option. Will be calling the manager tomorrow.

Awful place. Was told to wait outside for 30 minutes when there was barley anyone in the store, just to be told I couldn’t do the jump program, then I proceeded to do it on T-mobiles website (with the store manager saying it won’t work) and it worked. She had no clue what she was talking about as i’ve been a t-mobile member for 14 years now, and very rude. Wish I could give it no stars.

This is the Worst t-mobile store I’ve ever been to. The staff here were very rude and disrespectful. I was made to wait outside for almost 45 mins because they have a limit of four customers at a time. But a customer was inside and brought their whole family, instead of having them wait outside. The manager Christina was just sitting outside and assisted others who came after me but never once offered to help me. She became enraged when i asked if she could help me instead of making me wait for her co worker. Both staff made it clear they didn’t care to help me even said it out their own mouths that they didn’t care. Do not recommend, hope they work on their customer service !

Went there to get new phones for my wife and myself. Mine was a replacement phone was told that I only had to pay the taxes on my wife’s phone and 20 for mine. A month later and I got a call that something went wrong and I had to come in. They made a mistake and couldn’t own up to it. I had dish more money out. They do bad business wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they can’t do there job.

This place is awesome!! They are a little understaffed but well worth the wait. They will spend as much time as it takes to make you leave satisfied. Everything is explained clearly. No hidden charges or where taxes. Plain and simple. I came in ready for a fight because that's the way I was used to dealing with "V". T-Mobile company and this store made it a pleasure to have a cell phone. Highly recommend !!
