Products inferior quality. Bought two 5kw inverters from them after one of my 4kw inverters failed after 4 years. Very helpful when you wanted to buy anything but not if something is wrong. Inverters fans noisy and giving off radio frequency noise so badly that a radio standing 15 meters away doesn't receive any radio signal when inverters is changing. Cellphones not working properly. No sight inspection took inverters back for testing. They also found the interference but after 8 months and many phone calls don't do anything about this. Cooling fan noise standard new design they said. By worldwide standards equipment is not suppose to give off signals. Chinese cheap inferior products don't buy. Old inverters worked 100%. No after sale service. No one comes back to you to to resolve problem.

I bought 3 solar borehole pumps and 3 panels online from TheSunPays and I really appreciate the great service of the team. I did everything online and the products are best priced. I am still to use the other two pumps but the first one is working perfectly fine. One grey area I wasn't really happy with was the unpackaged solar panels. I once bought at Ellies and the panels were well-packaged in hard cardboard boxes.I received the panels but PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT PACKAGING THEM! I have already recommended some colleagues of mine who may be in need of these products.

Service received was excellent. Ordered 3 x 330W Solar panels on 15/06/2020. They were delivered to me in Middelburg, Mpumalanga on 17/06/2020.

Inferior product. After they received payment the friendly service and any warranty stops.

I got a 100L low pressure system a few weeks ago. LOVE the hot water in the kitchen from this system. My "main" high pressure system now does not have to resort to electrical backup as water during the day fully catered for by my new LP system. Thank you for a very effective product. I will recommend these guys any day

I bought the 5kva inverter from them beginning 2019 we have been using it on the farm with great success hooked up to a 4 kw solar system and a gel battery bank. They have fast delivery and good customer support with the purchase. Also no one comes close to their prices on batteries and the MKS inverter With the continuous power failures and loadsheding we have now moved off grid and will be testing their lithuim batteries next as they are the cheapest on the market and have a good warranty. I have also bought another 5kva inverter from them. I had one problem and even though it was more than 7 months after purchase and they were very helpful and friendly in assisting me in resolving the problem.(turns out was eskoms transformer that blew and the inverter picked it up and protected itself.)

Over a long period of time Eskom has been upsetting people with their unreliable Electricity supply as well as the rates that's guaranteed to go up year by year.It is also Crystal clear that Eskom is not going to come right in immediate future because there's not enough Brainpower to at the Parastate to sort out the problems they have. On the other hand the Kuvukiland communities (Squater Camps) don't make it any easier by hooking up to the Eskom grids for free Electricity (Restribution of WealthIt is therefore increasingly difficult to keep up with Eskom. As a result ,one of my friends asked me to free him from Eskom. We decided to start with the installation of Low Pressure Solar Geyser, that's how I ended up at The Sun Pays distribution Centre. The place is close to Cross Str Cullinan. The Sun Pays Office looked so much like Die Vetkoek Paleis, complete with Frik, Boeboe and Worsie.Staff was very user friendly and prices were way below my expectations. I bought a 100L Low Pressure Solar Geyser because they had no other sizes. The stuff gave me a quick rundown of the Geyser. In the yard outside I found a man who had been using the CompanyGeysers for over 15 year.He also gave me tips on the Geyser. I'm happy with the purchase. Installation takes place next Tuesday. Be strong

So we are currently in Solar mad season just after massive load shedding. I decided to jump in also. Most places were either out of stock or simply could not be reached. It took some doing getting hold of these guys on the phone but they were very friendly, had stock and mostly the best prices. Their location is a pain for most people but not that far. While I was there the phone kept ringing constantly and they took every call and took the time to get into the details with each customer. Seriously impressive and worthy of praise.
