I recently changed insurance providers for both home and auto to RDA insurance. Rocco Naccarato was absolutely amazing to work with. He was professional, easy to work with and always responded in a timely fashion. Finding someone you can trust and who will have your best interest is not easy these days. Cancelled my policy back on August 17th have have made 4 withdraws from my payment account latest 1 was today for 120 on a 83 dollar monthly payment after canceling without my acknowledge on any withdraws they have poor communication with there customers would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them i was with them sence November of 2017 and never once felt like a person with them I am sick with a heart condition I cannot work and have my licence suspended and this company screwed me because I when to pay for some medicine and my card got declined my lawyer will be aware of this but please people be smart find someone else because doctors told me I'm dying explained my situation the theis people and they do Nothing care I have medical certificates and bank records also emails to back my story theis people are monsters and give this country a bad name

They are truly in the business to provide customer service and you can't find that anymore with this online world. I don't know about you but when I need help with other companies and services I'm always told to call a long distance number or they want to trouble shoot my problem with a computer. NOT HERE ! You form personal relationships with your broker and it truly makes all the difference. Great job guys.
