This is a horribly run doctor's office. 1) There are only two people: Dr. Nasiri and Delilah (Yes, the same Delilah who posted 3 weeks ago giving this organization five stars. The same Delilah that posted on REACH's other google posting giving five stars. Conflict of interest? You decide. The fact they have to leave their own positive reviews shows their dishonesty and incompetency!) You won't get the comprehensive service you get from a proper office. They'll go days without responding to messages or ignore them all together. 2) They charge for appointments days ahead of time because it's "convenient" for Delilah, even though it makes changing your appointment very difficult. If they contradict me, I'll post Delilah texts saying exactly that. 3) They refuse to refund mistaken charges from third party therapists, even if the therapist admits openly they made a mistake. This practice is taking advantage patients honestly seeking treatment. It's pretty awful. 4) From the second you arrive you are being rushed out the door for the next patient; don't expect any kind of in depth discussion or consideration. If you want a drive-thru, hole-in-the-wall psych, this is the place for you!
