First things first: as a emergency urgent care facility you would imagine they would update their website when they changed their hours of operation. They now close at 8 o'clock not 9 p.m. I waited till morning and visited the clinic upon arrival the door was unlocked the staff were in the back.... The lobby on the other hand had yet to be touched. I took it upon myself to sign in turn on the lights. Once an employee " greeted" me she then notified me that they did not take out of state insurance. I was very surprised by this and worried considering I had a medical emergency happening. I contacted my insurance company to find out that in fact they do take my out of state insurance. My insurance agent talked with the staff at this urgent care place and said they were very unpleasant and not willing to cooperate. I'm now going to an urgent care place down the street. I find it very rude and dirty that I almost paid full amount out of pocket because of this clinic. I feel taken advantage of and thankful I contacted my insurance.

I can't thank Heather, Delia, Maribel & the doctors enough for the great care they gave my daughter. Not only did they "fix her up" they also talked with her and made her feel welcome & a part of the family. Thank you all so much!!
I went to this urgent care a total of 3 times. The first time I was there was because I injured my back, and then the other 2 times were because of cold symptoms/sinus infections and I was unable to get an appointment with my regular family doctor. I came to this urgent care because it is conveniently located and everyone that works there has always been pleasant with me when I get care there. I never had to wait long, and the doctors give thorough examinations and spend as much time as needed with you. I have recommended this urgent care to family and will continue to do so in the future.
I just wanted to express my visit at Advanced Urgent Care of Sinking Spring because I was hesitant to go in because of all the reviews but It was close and convenient so I took my chance. I must say I was Highly impressed on how nice and caring the staff was I only waited maybe about 15 minutes before being called back. I seen Dr Nik and he was very helpful in explaining everything that was going to be done that day for my broken foot. Got my Xray done and followed by my casting being done. My visit ran extremely smooth. I am glad that I took my chance and went in to Advanced Urgent Care.
I wish i could give them zero stars. First of all i tried calling to see if they accepted my insurance but when i called noone answered. So i drove 20 minutes there to see 2 ladies standing at the desk doing nothing. They tell me at 9:45 that theres no doctor in yet but they open at 9.. its very unprofessional for a doctor to be so late. Its not very convenient
Showed up at 6 PM on a Saturday because my son cut his finger and I thought he might need stitches. No one in the lot but the open sign was flashing. Got to the door all lights were our and it was locked. Hours on the door said they were open until 8. Don't advertise hours you don't intend to keep. Waste of time.
GO TO PATIENT FIRST! I Started going here 3 weeks ago and its been a nightmare ever since. There is no sense of caring about my health or me as a person and today I was straight up yelled at by a guy in green scrubs named Lester about coming in the day my script ran out - which i did because I wanted to see the same doc who had off yesterday. He had a snide remark about everything i had to say and argued about personal stuff he has no business even knowing. Lester has no right working in a place that helps people. On the plus side, he called back admitting he was wrong - at the behest of my doctor - but he sighed every sentence and never actually apologized. Ill be going to patient first from now on.
This place was AWFUL unfortunately it's the only place my insurance accepts. I had a cyst that needed to be removed and when I told the receptionist why I was there ( I said for wound care ) she gave me a disgusted look. The wait time was pretty long..which is expected in almost any medical office but while sitting and waiting to see the doctor I could hear the conversation between the receptionist and a new hire about how they cheated on exams in their training school. Totally unprofessional.
